Physical activity has health benefits such as reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease and different kinds of cancer as well as reducing obesity. Children’s development can be within the five domains physical, lifestyle, affective, social and cognitive. Sports Club is not just physical activity rather it can be arena for developing social skills like Cooperation, responsibility, empathy and self-control as well as promote good citizenship, social success, positive peer relations, leadership skills and a sense of initiative.
